Perhaps a few days longer than expected delivery time, but immediately responded when I contacted them. The rug is exactly as pictured in the photo, looks great. Very easy to unpack and lay. I’ve only had it a short while, so I can’t review washability yet. Fingers crossed, 😊🤞
Bought it for my parents’ house and we all love how it looks. It looks just like the photos on the website, feels really soft, and is super lightweight. The quality is amazing, even after washing it! Definitely planning to get one for my own home
Love this rug. The pictures do not do justice to how low lovely the patterns and colours in the rug actually are. Also lovely and soft to walk on. Delivery was super quick too. Very happy 😊
Beautiful rug to walk on and look at. Love that I could order a custom size and the top layer is machine washable. Holds in place perfectly with the under layer. Highly recommend.
A beautiful easy care rug, it feels great to walk on and is completely washable.
Absolutely beautiful rugs. Excellent quality and the colours and patterns are as described and as pictured. We actually bought 2 matching rugs for the lounge room and dining room and we couldn’t be happier with our tugs, their quality and for the amazing and fast dispatch and delivery from Merci Rugs. Impressive rugs and service from Merci Rugs that we would most highly as possible recommend. Thank you very much for our gorgeous rugs and for your excellent service and thank you very much for the free entry rug included in our order! Cheers, E&S Tsimos.
The rugs I received are stunning and I’m so happy with them! I got a loungeroom rug, hall runner and received complimentary a small rug I have in my kitchen.
I ordered 2 rugs from Merci Rugs and I love them! The quality is great and they have complimented my rooms so well. Service and delivery were excellent as well. I was so happy that I have since ordered 2 more!
The rugs arrived promptly, questions I had were quickly answered and they wash easily and look great.
Looks exactly like the website. Super soft and arrived very quickly. Would happily purchase my next rug from herw
Very happy with the product which arrived in timely fashion.
Great experience with Mercirugs, they even included a personal note apologising for a slight delay and recognising my order. They even provided a free rug in a similar design I had chosen and the grip mat. This was soo soo sweet of them and I wanted to say thank you for the free gift but also personalised note
I wasn’t sure at first as it appeared thin. But with the fitted underlay part that you get it feels quite plush. So easy to keep clean especially with dogs in the house. Looks great and not crazy expensive too.
I couldn't be happier with the quality. They are made beautifully, soft underfoot and look even better in person than online. The colours are true to the photos and they have completely transformed the look of my kitchen and laundry. The ordering process was easy, and the rugs were well packaged. The quality exceeded my expectations
Great hall runner. Looks exactly as advertised. Softer than I expected, easy to vacuum, looks great.
Great service from Merci Rugs. A glitch with mislabelled box, but was sorted out very quickly. Very happy with our purchase
Design looks great in person, and the mat under the rug adds to the comfort and has kept the rug from moving much on tiles.
My rug is beautiful and was so easy to order, unpack and place in my lounge room. Great quality and true to photograph description.
Really happy with my rugs. I got two circular and one runner, and they're all gorgeous patterns with good colouration. Very comfy and perfect with the non-slip mats underneath, keeps the children safe from slipping. Plus machine washable!
