Shipping Policy

Please note *Due to a manufacturing delay, custom orders will dispatch from 7 October. Some orders may also experience shipping delays. For any questions, please contact our team.

Mercirugs offers free shipping across Australia and to the United Kingdom. Most orders are stocked locally for faster delivery.

For our customers in New Zealand, a $50 shipping fee applies to all orders.

*Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes only to house addresses.

The shipping process will be;

Processing time: 1-2 Business Days

Shipping time: 2-6 business days

Your order tracking number will be available after the order is dispatched. You can track where your package is with the tracking number.  

Please note: orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Once the order is placed, you can still update your shipping address by giving us your order number. However, when it is dispatched, we can’t update the shipping address. Therefore, if you are unavailable during the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier to hold your package at the storage point until you can pick it up.
